Logistics Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on domestic and international shipments with 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipment status and prepare reports and dashboards to analyze transportation performance and shipping lead times.
- Maintain and update logistics systems with accurate operational information and cross-functional requirements.
- Monitor pending units and coordinate shipment priorities to ensure timely distribution.
- Develop weekly and monthly logistics reports, identifying key trends and performance indicators.
- Measure and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse, and Operations, to ensure seamless logistics execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum 2–4 years of stable experience in logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain, performing activities similar to those described above. Higher experienced candidates will be not consider
- Solid knowledge of logistics processes, transportation operations, and 3PL management.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
