EV.Careers Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access and use of the EV.Careers website and platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may create an account on the Platform by providing accurate and complete information as required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Job Seekers
- You may create a profile and upload your resume or portfolio to the Platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your profile information.
- You may apply for jobs posted on the Platform by following the application instructions.
- You understand that EV.Careers does not guarantee you will be contacted by any employers or hired for any job.
4. Employers
- You may post job openings on the Platform in accordance with our posting guidelines.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your job postings.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, including anti-discrimination laws.
- You are responsible for pre-screening and interviewing candidates and making all hiring decisions.
- You understand that EV.Careers does not guarantee you will find qualified candidates for your job openings.
5. Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or post to the Platform, including your profile information, resumes, and job postings. You agree that your content will not be:
- Illegal, immoral, or offensive.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
- False, misleading, or deceptive.
6. Disclaimer
EV.Careers makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the Platform or the information it contains. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. EV.Careers is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information contained on the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
EV.Careers will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
EV.Careers may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Colorado, and you waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EV.Careers with respect to your access and use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
EV.Careers may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
