What kind of companies qualify for a referral?

Electric vehicle companies that are new to EV.Careers and haven't previously signed a contract for our services are eligible for referral rewards.

What information should I include in the referral form?

The more details you provide, the better! Include the company name, contact information, and a brief description of their recruitment needs (optional). This helps our sales team connect with the right person and tailor their approach.

How will I know if my referral is successful?

We'll keep you updated on the progress with the referred client. Once a contract is signed, you'll be notified.

How long does it take to receive the reward?

Once the contract is finalized, you'll receive your reward within 30 days of the company becoming a new paid client via your preferred method.

Is there a deadline to submit referrals?

We encourage submitting referrals promptly to ensure we can effectively pursue the lead.
