What kind of companies qualify for a referral?
Companies in EV, AV, Automotive, BESS, Robotics, Drones, Transportation & Logistics, and related tech sectors that are new to EV.Careers and haven't previously signed a contract for our services are eligible for referral rewards.
What information should I include in the referral form?
The more details you provide, the better! Include the company name, contact information, industry sector, and a brief description of their recruitment needs (optional). This helps our sales team connect with the right person and tailor their approach.
How will I know if my referral is successful?
We'll keep you updated on the progress with the referred client. Once a retainer agreement is signed, you'll be notified.
How long does it take to receive the reward?
Once the retainer agreement is finalized, you'll receive your reward within 30 days of the company becoming a new paying client via your preferred method.
Is there a deadline to submit referrals?
We encourage submitting referrals promptly to ensure we can effectively pursue the lead.
