Logistics-Delivery Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inland transportation and last mile delivery operations in coordination with 3PL logistics providers.
- Track shipments from distribution centers to dealerships, customers, or final delivery points, ensuring on-time performance.
- Follow up daily with logistics partners to resolve transportation issues and delivery delays.
- Monitor remaining vehicle and cargo units, coordinating shipment priorities to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Maintain logistics systems updated with shipment status and operational requirements from cross-functional teams.
- Develop dashboards and logistics reports to analyze transportation performance, transit times, and delivery trends.
- Generate supplier performance reports and KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Analyze delivery lead times, transportation efficiency, and service levels to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of inland logistics activities.
- Support transportation planning and capacity management to improve overall network performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum 2–4 years of stable experience in Inland Transportation, Last Mile Logistics, Distribution, or Logistics Operations.

- Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
