Location: REMOTE based in the United States with Monthly travel for client needs
This position manages and leads the Sourcing & Procurement Pursuits & Transitions teams for assigned division(s); developing all aspects of the Sourcing & Procurement solution and implementing the Transition to deliver successful third party engagements and other client commitments. In addition, this role will recruit, hire, train, measure and manage their team to deliver all S&P requirements.
Key tasks include:
- Manage 10 team members to deliver an end-to-end solution through the sales and transitions process
- Measure and monitor team performance
- Prioritize tasks to deliver based on new business pipeline
- Coach, mentor, and train team members
- Continuous improvement mindset to stay cutting-edge and forward thinking
- Ownership of relationships with sales leaders
- Risk management and mitigation during the Pursuits and Transition phases
- Engage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program
- Establish relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure all contractual terms are compliant
- Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL in winning and solutioning new business for JLL
