EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Account Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in electric vehicle charging infrastructure. In this position, you will drive strategic sales initiatives and market growth for innovative DC fast-charging solutions while building lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders, including OEMs, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and system integrators.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for electric vehicle charging solutions, focusing on direct sales to OEMs, CPOs, and facility operators
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with project developers, system integrators, and engineering firms in the EV charging ecosystem
- Generate and track sales forecasts while implementing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to ensure customer success
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer locations, and key industry events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the EV charging industry
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales management experience with demonstrated year-over-year revenue growth
- At least 1 year of experience in DC Fast Charging or related technical solution sales
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences
- Proven track record in negotiating commercial agreements and responding to RFPs/RFIs
- Deep understanding of the North American EV market and charging infrastructure landscape
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities in a dynamic market.
