Head of Marketing – Mexico
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and shape the overall Marketing strategy for BYD México, driving brand positioning, customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Marketing strategy and annual plan.
- Lead Marketing teams and define priorities, budget, and KPIs.
- Drive 360° campaigns across digital, media, events, activations, and dealer channels.
- Lead Digital, Performance, CRM, Social Media, and Lead Generation strategies.
- Develop Dealer Marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Oversee product launches, events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Manage agencies, strategic partners, and Marketing budget.
- Monitor ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversion, leads, and sales contribution.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Senior Management to drive commercial results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration is desirable.
- 8+ years of Marketing experience, with 3+ years leading the marketing area in the automotive industry experience is a must not negotiable.
- Proven experience in 360° Marketing and leadership across Brand, Digital/Performance, Dealer/Trade Marketing, or Events.
- Experience managing significant budgets and external agencies.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset.
- Advanced English for global communication
