We are looking for a District Field Sales Analyst to support sales performance across an assigned dealer network, combining field execution, data analysis, dealer management, and commercial strategy.
This role will monitor district performance, identify opportunities, and work closely with dealers and internal teams to drive sales growth and achieve commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and follow-up of the national sales strategy within the assigned district.
- Monitor dealer sales performance, targets, inventory, and key commercial KPIs.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with dealers to develop and follow up on action plans to improve performance.
- Support the development and strengthening of the dealer network.
- Manage relationships with dealer management and key commercial stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, commercial ROI, and achievement of business objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealerships to review performance and commercial operations.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and executive presentations with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to support commercial initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and provide recommendations based on local market conditions.
- Support initiatives focused on improving the customer experience and new vehicle retail performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Maximum 2–4 years of experience in automotive sales operations within a corporate environment. Candidates from other industries or with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered.
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in new vehicle retail operations.
- Experience working with automotive dealerships and dealer networks.
- Proven skills in dealer relationship management, negotiation, and network development.
- Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, commercial analysis, and performance tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other data-analysis tools is a plus.
- Advanced English required for collaboration with global teams.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
