About the Role
We are looking for an Aftersales District Specialist to manage and support the performance of assigned dealerships, ensuring operational excellence, KPI achievement, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Aftersales standards.
This is a field-based role that combines data analysis, dealer management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, with frequent travel to dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Aftersales operations across assigned dealerships and dealer groups.
- Monitor and analyze key Aftersales KPIs, identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports, executive summaries, and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and follow up on action plans to address operational and performance gaps.
- Conduct regular dealership visits to review processes, customer experience, performance, and compliance.
- Present findings, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to dealer management and internal teams.
- Work closely with Service Managers, General Managers, Parts Managers, and Aftersales teams.
- Identify root causes and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with Aftersales policies, processes, programs, and corporate standards.
- Provide recommendations to improve dealer profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall Aftersales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership, preferably in Aftersales, Service, Parts, Warranty, or Customer Experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work directly within dealership operations.
- Experience working directly with dealership operations and customer service processes.
- Power BI and other data visualization tools are a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
