Job Summary
The BTL Event Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating below-the-line marketing activities, brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement events. This role ensures all event initiatives are delivered effectively, aligned with brand direction, and contribute to increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales support for BYD Indonesia.
Job Description
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and brand activation programs.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, venues, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans based on campaign objectives.
- Monitor event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure all event materials, booth setup, branding, and customer touchpoints follow company guidelines.
- Support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales-related activities during events.
- Prepare event reports, budget tracking, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Network, and Dealer teams to support business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Event Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, BTL marketing, brand activation, or campaign execution.
- Experience in automotive, EV, lifestyle, retail, FMCG, or agency background is preferred.
- Strong project management, vendor management, and event execution skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple events at the same time.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on-site during events and travel when required.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
About The Team
The Marketing team plays an important role in building BYD Indonesia’s brand presence and customer engagement. The team works closely with Sales, Product, Network, Dealers, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations that support BYD’s growth in Indonesia’s fast-growing EV market.
