The Role:
The CCA Certified Service Marketing Team works to build a lasting impression among GM customers, improving sales and retention through elevated brand loyalty and heightened brand perception.
The Asst. Manager Certified Service Brand Lead - Chevrolet is responsible for collaborating and integrating with the Vehicle Brand Marketing teams to drive service lane traffic, leading to the next vehicle purchase. This position also leads strategy and creative production for CCA's "Bring Us Your Talent" campaign supporting GM dealer technician recruitment.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Certified Service Brand Strategy
- Fully integrate with the Chevrolet Marketing team as well as the CCA SSM team(s) as a relevant partner in business planning discussions and processes.
- Develop the Certified Service overarching brand and digital strategy that will complement Chevrolet brand goals, as well as CCA parts/service sales goals.
- Actively participate in divisional meetings
- Manage Creative Agency of Record (CAOR) partnership and legal review of creative assets.
- Manage Tier-3 (Dealer) & Tier-2 (LMA) Marketing strategy & integration
- Work with the Vehicle Marketing team(s) to determine appropriate integration points for Certified Service.
- Secure CCA and Retail stakeholder buy-in for critical service-related program launches.
- Manage identity standards/logos, maintaining Certified Service Brand guidelines and update as necessary.
Certified Service Creative Development & Execution
- Lead creative strategy, development, production and execution for all mediums including video, online advertising, social, audio, POS, photography, etc. (Includes Chevrolet Certified Service and Bring Us Your Talent)
- Analyze marketing performance data/analytics and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and execute Certified Service National Retail Plan (NRP) event integration where required.
- Develop content and integrate marketing into Go-To-Market planning and communications.
- Support content integration within Division and Corporate websites, Asset Central, owner magazines, OnStar communications, CSSR, GM Card, My Rewards, internal communications, social, etc.
Certified Service Brand Steward
- Seek out opportunities to integrate with Chevrolet counterparts to collectively elevate the brand by delivering an enriched ownership journey.
- Attend and participate in Divisional marketing, sales and CRM meetings.
- Participate in and attend Divisional “Go to Market” (GTM) meetings.
- Act as a Divisional liaison with CCA Sales Service and Marketing organization. (sales, retail channel, product teams, and GM protection products.
- Manage budget and approval processes with agency of record (AOR) and Certified Service Marketing finance lead.
- Lead Certified Service EV strategy and messaging
- Share best practices across the organization with CCA Brand Managers.
- Provide weekly updates to extended CCA team and partners at Agency Day meetings.
- Develop and execute special projects as needed.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years brand marketing and/or agency experience required
- Ability to externally manage agency creative and brand strategy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple assignments
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills a must
- Self-starter with a drive for results; seeks innovation
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Highly developed presentation skills both in the development and delivery of presentation
- Proven ability to develop and maintain robust relationships

Preferred Qualifications):
- Automotive Aftersales (Parts & Service) experience preferred
- Experience with SAP invoicing system ideal
