We are looking for a passionate team member to join our rapidly growing organization. You will be working as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced working environment, where attention to detail and quality are vital. Successful candidates will be self-starters with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Develop, maintain, and analyze comprehensive Excel reports to provide insightful data on procurement activities and performance.
- Contribute to budget, business plan and forecast updates by gathering functional input.
- Proactively gather order information, process orders in various systems, resolve any issues, and ensure orders are tracked through completion.
- Invoice reconciliation - meticulously comparing invoices to purchase orders and other supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies prior to processing payments.
- Provide assistance during internal audits.
- Partner with management and develop sound justifications for purchase orders.
Qualifications
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in an analyst role, Project Manager, Supply Chain or similar role with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization, both in-person and remotely.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple business partners.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry, contributing to the reliability and integrity of our information systems.
- Ability to adapt to frequently changing work priorities
