We operate around the clock, and we’re looking for a hands-on engineer who can own the reliability of CNC machinery, spin-balance rigs, and process equipment in our Steam Turbine line—while orchestrating vendors, projects, and people to make improvements stick.

What You’ll Tackle
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, spin-balance test facilities, and manufacturing process equipment for the Steam Turbine product line.
- Lead projects to enhance equipment capabilities; coordinate systems integration with external vendors.
- Assess maintenance spend and recommend repair, replacement, or upgrade paths using data on equipment condition, lifecycle cost, and production impact.
- Design proactive maintenance strategies for critical assets to improve reliability and mitigate risk.
- Keep stakeholders aligned—facilitate daily collaboration, manage shift handoffs, and resolve issues with managers and internal customers.
- Author specifications and purchase requisitions that correctly identify required components and services.
- Source new vendors and manage existing facility service providers to support projects and repairs.
- Share new methods, propose integration opportunities, and provide off-shift support with occasional call-ins.
What You’ll Bring
- Preferred AAS/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar); equivalent blends of experience, education, and certifications welcome.
- 10+ years in a manufacturing setting with advanced knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, and process equipment; highly experienced applicants may be considered for a higher salary grade.
- Proven root cause analysis capability; AutoCAD or Siemens NX drafting experience preferred.
- Professional English fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to present confidently at all organizational levels.
- Travel up to 10% (domestic and international).
