该职位来源于猎聘 Tasks Ø Manage SW KPM tickets including creation, review and regular tracking the status Ø Coordinate SW internal and external project meeting to track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies, considering requirements analysis, integration plan, validation, and release plan etc. Ø Prepare and review SW P9 release test reports Ø Work closely with function owners, HW BTVs, battery systems, safety, and validation teams etc. Ø Report to SW project manager, technical project lead and team managers. Profile Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Ø 5+ years of professional experience in BMS SW development or BMS SW project Mgmt.
Ø Familiar with BMS SW function module e.g. SOC, SOH, SOE, Balancing, thermal mgmt., HDM, HV-Safety, Fusa, RTM, OBD, Sampling, cyber security etc. Ø Understanding communication protocols: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, and XCP Ø Understanding of functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and their impact on software development Ø Have driver license and at least 2+ driving experience Ø High self-motivation and ability to identify tasks, execute with minimal supervision and own assignments to ensure goals are met Ø Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, German is a plus
