Job Responsibilities
1. Strategy Deployment & Target Management: Based on the international division's strategic plan, translate strategy into actionable objectives; formulate the annual sales and business plan for the Korea entity; establish mechanisms for target tracking, deviation analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure end-to-end achievement of local strategic goals.
2. Business Analysis & Decision Support: Build and operate the local business review meeting system; conduct business retrospectives and in-depth analysis; deliver business insights to support the formulation and execution of local operational strategies.
3. Performance & Business Unit Management: Design and refine the local performance evaluation system; lead the development and implementation of assessment schemes; align with HQ on performance communication and drive the execution of performance targets across all local units.
4. Key Initiatives & Special Project Management: Identify and define annual key initiatives and special projects based on the local business plan; regularly track progress and communicate status updates; coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure efficient execution of company-wide key initiatives.
5. Order Management: Closely monitor the end-to-end order lifecycle; track exceptions across order intake, production, dispatch, and payment collection; ensure order data is complete and accurate; drive the resolution of order-related issues through to closure.
6. Delegation of Authority & Risk Control Management: Implement delegation-of-authority management for the local subsidiary in accordance with the international division's authorization framework; periodically assess the effectiveness of policy execution and drive improvements; oversee the establishment of the local risk control and compliance system, monitor its implementation, and continuously iterate and optimize it to enhance overall operational efficiency and risk management capabilities.
7. Local Procurement, Administration & General Affairs Management: Oversee the daily operations of the local procurement and administration teams; demonstrate strong familiarity with local business processes; manage general office affairs including office procurement, facility maintenance, visitor reception, and local event organization; coordinate internal and external resources to balance the administrative workload arising from business expansion, ensuring smooth back-office operations that support front-line business growth.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Support: Work closely with local business units and HQ functional departments; proactively engage in business communication and coordination; willing to undertake necessary business travel to provide on-site support and drive special initiatives, breaking down collaboration barriers between functional and business teams.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in operations management or business management; prior experience in overseas back-office function coordination and team management is preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to independently prepare business materials and produce business reports.
4. Language: Native or full professional proficiency in Chinese is required; fluent in English or proficient in Korean. Proficiency in both English and Korean is highly preferred.
5. Strong business acumen and communication/coordination skills; willing to work closely with front-line business teams; skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders to resolve issues; demonstrates team management capabilities and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
