职位描述：
1、整机研发过程统筹
深度参与结构、执行器、电器架构、传感器等关键子系统的研发过程，能够准确理解技术方案、接口要求和潜在风险点；
Deeply engage in the R&D of key subsystems (mechanical structure, actuators, EEA, sensors, etc.); accurately understand technical solutions, interface requirements, and potential risks.
基于对各子模块研发状态的深入理解，对项目进度、质量和资源使用情况进行跟踪与评估；
Track and assess project schedule, quality, and resource utilization based on a deep understanding of each module’s R&D status.
2、技术任务卡点识别与资源协调
能主动识别关键任务中的技术瓶颈或依赖冲突，明确问题根因；
Proactively identify technical bottlenecks or dependency conflicts in critical tasks and clarify root causes.
联动跨团队资源（如结构、EEA、感知、控制、测试等），推动问题闭环和交付达成；
Coordinate cross-team resources (e.g., Mechanical, EEA, Perception, Controls, Testing) to drive issue closure and delivery.
3、整机工程链路把控
关注整机从方案、设计、打样、集成到验证的全链路过程，协助各模块对齐接口协议、性能目标与时间节点；
Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, and integration to validation; help teams align on interfaces, performance targets, and milestones.
识别实际研发进展与整体目标之间的偏差，推动调整并确保项目节奏稳定；
Identify gaps between execution and overall goals, drive corrective actions, and keep the program cadence on track.
4、跨部门协作机制优化
与产品、供应链、测试、制造等团队协作，确保各方信息同步、流程顺畅；
Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Testing, and Manufacturing to keep stakeholders aligned and processes running smoothly.
持续优化内部工作机制与协作流程，提升整体研发效率。
Continuously improve internal operating mechanisms and collaboration processes to boost overall R&D efficiency.
职位要求：
1、基本条件
硕士及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、自动化、机电工程、机器人等相关专业；
Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.
能够理解结构件设计、电器架构（EEA）、基础电路、常见传感器等硬件体系；具备跨硬件/软件协作经验；
Able to understand hardware systems including mechanical design, EEA, basic circuits, and common sensors; experience collaborating across hardware/software.
优秀的沟通协调能力与跨团队推进经验，善于从复杂信息中提取关键问题；
Strong communication and stakeholder management; proven cross-team execution; able to distill key issues from complex information.
具备项目管理基本方法论；
Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals.
工作主动、责任心强，结果导向，具备良好的系统性思考能力。
Proactive, accountable, results-driven, and strong in systems thinking.
2、优选条件
在机器人、智能硬件、消费电子、无人机、自动驾驶、特种设备、机电产品整机研发等行业具备研发/项目经验；
R&D and/or program experience in robotics, smart hardware, consumer electronics, drones, autonomous driving, special equipment, or complex mechatronic products.
有模块集成、整机工程经验，熟悉试制、验证、量产前的工程流程；
Experience in module integration and system engineering; familiar with pilot builds, validation, and pre-mass-production engineering processes.
具备技术项目经理/TPM背景，或在跨子系统集成角色中发挥过关键推动作用；
TPM background or demonstrated impact in cross-subsystem integration roles.
英文可作为工作语言。
English as a working language.
