Responsibilities:
1. Conduct process verification to identify process drift, operational non-compliance, and execution gaps; rapidly contain batch defects on the production line.
2. Drive implementation of corrective actions for in-process quality issues and validate improvement effectiveness.
3. Analyze process defect and rework rates; prepare quality performance reports to proactively mitigate mass production risks and ensure stable operations.
4. Lead technical analysis and root cause identification for complex vehicle quality issues, recurring defects, and latent process flaws.
5. Develop problem reports, corrective action plans, and preventive mechanisms; guide contract manufacturer’s process and production teams in implementing technical solutions to close the loop.
6. Localize technical standards and case studies from headquarters; share key overseas quality issues and build a dedicated knowledge base for lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Qualities:
1. Expert knowledge of NEV architecture and assembly processes; strong logical analysis, technical troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills to independently resolve complex quality issues.
2. Willingness to work in shifts.
3. Proficient English as a working language.
4. Prior experience in vehicle failure analysis and SOP ramp-up technical support is highly preferred.
