Job Title: Network Operations Manager – Europe
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Network Operations Manager to drive retail operational excellence across XPENG’s European network. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining store operating standards, ensuring consistent brand execution, and driving the implementation of retail design standards to deliver a premium customer experience across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and continuously optimizing XPeng Motors' store operation system in the European market, formulating and improving store operation standards (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operational quality and service experience across different countries.
- Establish and implement a store brand image management system, supervising terminal stores to strictly implement brand VI, SI, and brand display specifications, continuously improving brand image and user experience.
- Responsible for the formulation, updating, and promotion of store design standards, including showroom layout, space planning, display materials, digital experience, and customer flow, ensuring compliance with global brand design standards and the needs of the European market.
- Establish a store inspection, evaluation, and operational audit mechanism, regularly conducting store operational quality checks, identifying problems, and driving continuous improvement.
- Continuously optimize network operation strategies and store operation processes based on the characteristics of different European markets to improve store operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze store operation data and user feedback, continuously optimizing operational standards and terminal experience to support the rapid development of European business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, channel operations, or retail excellence within the automotive, luxury retail, consumer electronics, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing retail operating standards and managing multi-site retail operations.
- Strong understanding of retail visual merchandising, store design standards (SI), and brand identity management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving retail development, construction, design, and operations.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- English can be used as the working language, and Chinese can be used to communicate with headquarters.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、建筑设计、零售管理等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上汽车、豪华零售或国际品牌渠道运营相关工作经验,具有欧洲市场渠道管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉品牌终端运营管理、门店形象管理及零售运营体系建设,具备门店标准制定和落地经验。
- 熟悉零售空间设计、品牌展示规范(Visual Merchandising)及SI标准,具备门店设计项目管理经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的跨部门协作及项目管理能力,能够推动多国家、多团队协同工作。
- 具有较强的数据分析能力、问题解决能力及执行力,能够独立推动复杂项目落地。
- 英语可作为工作语言, 中文可以和总部沟通。
- 能适应欧洲区域内频繁出差,具有跨文化沟通能力和国际化视野。
