Job Title：Sales Planning Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis
Gather and consolidate market order and sales data; analyze demand trends based on historical performance, vehicle launch schedules, and promotional activities to support business decisions.
- Demand Forecasting & Planning Coordination
Participate in monthly and quarterly Demand Review / S&OP meetings; collaborate with the production team to align demand forecasts with production schedules and ensure supply–demand balance.
- Order Management & Production Alignment
Monitor vehicle order execution, track production fulfillment, and assist in allocating offline vehicle orders; establish performance tracking metrics to ensure smooth production and delivery flow.
- Process & System Optimization
Support continuous improvement of demand planning processes, tools, and templates; assist with ERP system upgrades, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to system enhancement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Support
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to manage urgent orders, demand changes, and promotional adjustments; assist with analytical tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across teams in both English and Chinese.
- Internship Duration: 6-12 months
