Tesla is seeking an Intern to join our EMEA Campaigns and Compliance Team. You will support the critical work of managing safety recalls, service campaigns, and compliance data for Tesla vehicles across the region. What You'll Do
Recall Reminder Automation: Design and implement a system/process to automate the retrieval of recall completion data and reminder text using SQL and Python, ensuring timely information flow to the communications teamCampaign Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits on historic service campaigns to verify accuracy, content quality, and VIN applicabilityEngineering Studies: Create and manage engineering studies to collect vital field data, supporting technical investigations and product improvementsProject Management: Assist with the end-to-end management of service campaigns, learning to own the process from creation to launch and maintenanceCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Homologation, Engineering, and Communications teams to draft internal and external communications and ensure regulatory compliance.Data Analysis: Utilize data tools to investigate campaign progress and present status reports to stakeholdersProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline internal policy documentation and campaign workflows based on field feedback
What You'll Bring
Education: Studying Engineering, Data Science, Business Management, or a related fieldTechnical Skills: Some experience in Project Management, SQL and Python is desiredCommunication Skills: English Level C1 (spoken and written). Other European Languages are a plus.Able to bridge the gap between technical engineering data and legal/customer-facing communicationsAnalytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making and process automationProject Management: Highly organized with an aptitude for managing multiple timelines and owning specific processesAttitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve efficiencyValid EU Driver’s License to facilitate travel
