Job Summary
Based at our Shah Alam, Malaysia subsidiary, this role takes charge of end-to-end Order-to-Delivery operations for complete vehicle units. You will oversee dealer sales pipelines, monthly wholesale planning, vehicle production scheduling tracking, ocean shipment coordination and local import clearance to secure steady vehicle supply and stable sales performance across all authorized dealers in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
- Align with the annual shipment and sales targets of Malaysia subsidiary, manage sales pipelines of the subsidiary and all authorized dealers to sustain consistent sales momentum.
- Guide and assist dealers with vehicle order placement based on real-time sales pipelines, maintaining healthy and rational dealer inventory levels.
- Formulate and implement monthly wholesale plans in accordance with sales pipelines, monitor delivery target achievement, and administer dealer wholesale rebate policies.
- Liaise with global headquarters to track production scheduling and shipment status of dealer-ordered vehicles; execute monthly wholesale vehicle deliveries to dealers, resolve logistics disruptions and process dealer claims efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, International Trade or related fields are preferred.
- 1–3 years working experience in automotive industry, import & export trading, finished vehicle logistics or dealer operations; hands-on CBU (Completely Built-Up) vehicle export experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English for daily business communication, capable of corresponding with overseas freight forwarders and China headquarters via English emails; Basic Bahasa Melayu reading & writing ability is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of full finished vehicle export workflow, including production scheduling, port consolidation, ocean freight, Malaysia import customs clearance, SIRIM certification and local vehicle warehousing procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ERP and DMS systems, with solid track record of data ledger management.
- Resilient under heavy workloads; able to handle urgent schedules such as vessel timelines and holiday customs clearance, with proven capabilities to drive cross-team issue resolution.
