Job Title: Database Entry
Location: Chandler, AZ
Position Type: Part Time
Pay: $19-20 per Hour
Main Tasks
Manage customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and prepare quotations, including simple price verification and quotation creation based on specified URLs
Capture and document pricing evidence from relevant URLs to maintain organized and verifiable quotation records
Coordinate deliveries to end locations and confirm item receipt in collaboration with the Logistics Team
Complete system-related tasks, including product registration and sales price entry
Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange and manage customer deliveries
Follow up on order ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) through the local purchasing team or external partners
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
Fluent in English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be bilingual in both Korean and English
