Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to oversee the end-to-end logistics planning and performance management of Pack materials, a core component of our System products, across both inter-company and intra-company networks. This role requires meticulous cost management, rigorous incident handling, and strong collaborative communication with internal and external partners
Essential Responsibilities:
- Logistics planning & performance tracking : Monitor and Manage logistics plans and execution results for pack materials, ensuring seamless material flow across internal operations and external corporate entities.
- Proactive issue resolution & cost management : Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in transit and take proactive measures to resolve them, while reviewing, processing , and settling logistics and customs-related expenses.
- Damage claim management & asset disposal : Conduct thorough factual investigations and root-cause analyses for damaged cargo, manage official freight claims, and oversee the compliant disposal of scrap or damaged assets
- Stakeholder & partner coordination : Act as the primary communication bridge between internal departments, external business entities, and third-party logistics/customs partners to ensure accurate and transparent information sharing.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent, relevant experience
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a related environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the battery, automotive, Energy Storage System (ESS), or high-volume manufacturing industry.
- Experience using ERP, MRP, SingleX, SAP, or similar manufacturing/business systems.
- Experience supporting month-end closing, purchasing reconciliation, cost tracking, or production cost analysis.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, or outsourced manufacturing partners.
- Familiarity with production schedules, material flow, inventory, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Fluency in Korean is preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primarily works in an office environment with regular interaction with manufacturing, warehouse, and material storage areas.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, with periodic standing and walking throughout the facility.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering designated manufacturing or warehouse areas.
- May require occasional interaction with suppliers, vendors, or other company locations.
- May require occasional domestic travel to support supplier or business activities.
- May require work outside normal business hours as needed to support production schedules, supplier issues, global teams, or business needs.
