The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:
- Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.
- Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions
- Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers
- Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction
- Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
The Production Coordinator, Dealer Training & Productivity will be responsible managing the documentation and workflow of pre-production for Ford Motor Company’s internal production studios. This candidate will assist the Pre-Production Manager in the day-to-day elements of receiving briefs, tasking them into a pre-production calendar, and coordinating what production elements will be necessary for a successful video/content creation. The successful candidate will be self-driven and motivated to find all the necessary pieces to help the managers of pre-production, production, and post-production execute at the highest level. This role will interact with all areas of production in keeping things aligned and on task.
This role is based in Dearborn, Michigan.
- Create workflows that set the production and post-production team up for success
- Coordinate elements of production with producers from locations to releases, to props
- Manage schedules and communicate with business partners realistic timelines, issues in production, reviews, and help maintain transparency on status
- Work with Project Managers receiving the briefs and intakes to make sure all relevant information is acquired before initiating a shoot
- Lead kickoffs with the production team to allow for any concerns or flags to be raised
- Acquiring and filing of sensitive information
A meticulous and detail-oriented Production Coordinator will be able to blend lots of moving pieces and remain on task. The person will make sure that tasks are followed up on, and that the appropriate documentation is filed. With dozens of production elements to manage and communicate, this role needs an individual who loves to connect the dots. Problem-solving, adaptability, and precision accuracy are crucial to this candidate’s success. Familiarity with video production and agency operations are essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
You'll have...
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education experience
- 4+ years’ experience in entertainment/marketing/advertising
- 4+ years’ experience working with fast paced productions
Even better, you may have...
- 5+ years of professional experience managing productions and/or pre-production
- The ability to think creatively and offer input, with meticulous critical problem solving
- Credits displaying the caliber of high quality, accomplished work we create
- Management of sensitive files and data
- Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and familiar with task managing software
