Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support for client management and operational efficiency within the Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team. This position is responsible for maintaining critical data systems, executing financial models, and supporting client engagements, while also contributing to process improvements and internal reporting. The role plays a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery, facilitating client transitions, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client databases and tracking systems, ensuring high data quality and accuracy to strengthen reporting. Execute pricing models and underwriting of prospective accounts. Maintain pipeline, facilitate pipeline updates, and initiate new client process once a new account is won. Provide insights and intelligence based on portfolio data. Support the execution of client engagements, including Transition Programs and Portfolio Analyses. Standardize templates and streamline processes. Assist with preparing client transition materials, presentations, and reports under the guidance of the Client Success lead. Assist with account transitions. Coordinate internal reporting needs including BI dashboard usage and capabilities. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IPS tools and resources. Support the implementation of initiatives and programs. Assist with documenting and analyzing client feedback and market data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with various technologies and platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for client service. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience or internship in commercial real estate or related field. Familiarity with CRE industry trends and best practices. Experience with data visualization and presentation tools.
