We are seeking a senior-level technology candidate who can captivate audiences while effectively communicating the value and impact of the JLL Technology Platform to prospective clients during the sales cycle. This role requires an understanding of technology applications across Corporate Real Estate, Business Intelligence, AI, and the how real estate and facilities teams utilizes these applications to meet the needs of our clients, generate insights and positive outcomes.
The scope of JLL’s offering leads with our service delivery models, which span Facility Management, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, and Project Management. Each of these models can leverage a number of technologies and this candidate will need the ability to understand not only the tools but how our services are delivered using them. Candidates who have deep commercial real estate exposure (non-brokerage) with some level of technology awareness from service providers will be successful in this role.
Most importantly, this individual must have qualifications for presenting to high-level decision-makers and delivering compelling presentations on cutting edge technology.

Pre-Sales Solutioning:
- Lead technology solutions as part of the JLL’s Work Dynamics sales team by providing expert technology solutions for our clients as a pre-sales exercise.
- Partner with existing product management teams to ensure the value propositions of each solution is communicated consistently.
- Ability to lead through influence, rather than direct management.
Client Presentations:
- Install trust in clients by engaging in conversations and storytelling around business outcomes and insights supported by our technology ecosystem
- Cement your credibility across commercial real estate technology and business with our clients in order to support success in winning new clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to map out product demonstration flows and deliver demonstrations to the client.
- This role will be responsible for demonstrating multiple application’s spanning the entire real estate life cycle from lease administration, transaction management, project management, occupancy planning, facility management, employee experience applications and business intelligence applications.
Product Innovation and Continued Expertise:
- Develop a personal learning path to ensure that all functional areas across the real estate life cycle are understood and can communicate confidently how technology enables the process. There will be a cyclical nature to this path: Learn, Repeat, Teach, and Innovate as JLL is often buying, partnering, or developing new technology.
- Provide voice of the customer feedback from your role in the pre-sales function with the strategic product management group for continual product improvement, ideas sharing, and general collaboration.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors.
Pricing:
- Understand current process, parameters and conditions to generate costs estimates for the purpose of qualification.
- Develop and use tools to collect relevant information to generate accurate costs estimates.
Product Bid Response Efforts:
- Participate in RFP response efforts which include collaborating on technical responses, example deliverables, system graphics training guides, and pricing exercises.
- Make recommendations to the bid management team on improvements to proposal language and technical deliverables.
- Attend sales pursuit debriefs to provide feedback on the sales cycle, team approach, win themes, and client engagement.
- Manage competitive demands, while coordinating and producing meaningful technology solutions for our perspective clients.

Desired Experience And Technical Skills
- The candidate must have 15+ years of experience in technology with a strong preference to have exposure to corporate real estate
- Exposure to software sales, preferably someone across multiple technologies
- Expertise presenting technology material and demonstrations of technologies in front of audiences that can range from 10-50
- Relevant understanding of how applications create an ecosystem and work together
- Consulting and software experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task across multiple pursuits, stakeholders, and complexity of technology
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree.
Chicago and Atlanta based candidates are strongly preferred. Remote in a major US city may be considered.
