Tesla’s Commercial Energy and Operations Service team operates & maintains deployed assets including PV, behind-the-meter & front-of-meter storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure globally.
As a Business Systems Support Technician within the Business Process and Software team, you will provide technical and functional support for business processes specifically by helping resolve user issues that arise during day-to-day operations, and ensuring systems and process issues are documented and surfaced during solution reviews.
You will provide technical support to users from multiple departments within the Shared Services organization including remote support, field service and warehouse personnel. You will perform root cause analysis to ensure business processes are efficient, scalable, & systemized. A wide degree of ownership and self-motivation is expected.
What You'll Do
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for business process issues or system malfunctions. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with business workflows, software systems, and toolsUser Support & Training: Provide frontline support to end-users (e.g., employees or departments) encountering process-related issuesBusiness Process Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor business processes to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectivelyDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of issues encountered, troubleshooting steps taken, and final resolutionsCollaboration with Teams: Work closely with business program managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to communicate system issues and process inefficienciesSystem and Process Testing: Assist with testing and validation of new system implementations, upgrades, or process changes to ensure they meet business needs

Expected Compensation
$96,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
