What To Expect
As a SOC Operator, you can expect to play a crucial role in supporting the business. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, tracking, and coordinating response to incidents in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work with various security tools and technologies and will assist with requests via phone, email, and/or radio. Collaboration with other teams is essential for effective incident resolution. Operators will troubleshoot, assess, and triage security related issues as required. Expect to stay updated on the latest security trends to continuously support the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role. Additionally, being adaptable and able to prioritize tasks efficiently will help manage the dynamic nature of security incidents. Continuous learning and professional development are also important. The ideal candidate is trustworthy and consistently demonstrates excellence.
What You'll Do
Coordinate with security teams and other partners during emergency and routine events, including other general customer service-related callsConduct investigative video reviews and report findingsDispatch security, fire, EMS, or other response personnel asrequiredProvide exceptional customer service while supporting external partners with requests via email and/or phoneAssist in conducting investigations and update requestors ina timely manner. Assist during afterhours with routine badging requestsMonitor fire alarm systems, investigate and document as they come in to the internal fire teamProperly document all reported incidents, notifying appropriate parties for information, escalation, or other business required actions
What You'll Bring
1+ years experience in dispatch, call center, or a security operations center environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is a plusFamiliarity as an end user with technical security systems; video review, access control, alarms, as well as advanced computer proficiencyAbility to remain calm, appropriately triage/multi-task, and handle high stress situations in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work all shifts including nights and weekends Problem-solving analytical mindset

Expected Compensation
$17.60 - $37.20/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
