Job Title：Logistics Operation Specialist - Europe
Role overview
The Logistics Operations Specialist - Europe supports operational coordination, performance and continuous improvement of XPeng finished vehicle logistics activities across European markets.
The role works closely with logistics providers, compounds, ports, terminals, transport partners, internal stakeholders and teams to ensure efficient vehicle flows from production or port of entry through storage, transportation and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day finished vehicle logistics operations across multiple European markets, monitor vehicle flows across road, rail, ocean, port, compound and final-mile transportation activities
- Track operational KPIs including delivery performance, lead-times, vehicle dwell-time, transport capacity and service quality, identify operational disruptions, capacity constraints, delivery risks and coordinate appropriate corrective actions
- Analyze logistics data, prepare operational reports, performance reviews, handle, check and correct logistics and customs-related documentation to ensure compliance with European import and export requirements
- Support the planning and optimization of European vehicle distribution networks and transport routes, work closely with logistics service providers, carriers, terminals, compounds and port operators
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, transportation scheduling and distribution requirements, monitor logistics costs, drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on lead-time reduction, cost efficiency, capacity utilization and operational quality
- Support the implementation of digital logistics tools, visibility platforms and reporting solutions, ensure logistics activities comply with company standards, contractual requirements and European regulations
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Aftersales, Finance, Purchasing and other relevant functions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business or related field
- Relevant (3 years) working experience in automotive logistics, supply chain, international trade or related field - experience in finished vehicle logistics is an asset
- Good understanding of European import/export logistics processes, customs clearance, and logistics documentation - hands-on experience is a plus
- Experience working with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers or transportation suppliers is preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and execution
- Good coordination and communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English, both written and spoken - additional language is an advantage.
