Summary of job content
:Manage EHSA function for the North America Region, analyze key metrics and regulatory trends to identify risks an
ddevelop and implement initiatives and activities to maintain acceptable risk levels. Mentor and develop NA sites’ EHS
Astaff and facilitate communications between sites regarding common practices and issue/problem resolution. Evaluate service providers, systems and technologies and make recommendations for application at sites. Serve as liaison wit
hregulatory agencies for significant regulatory issues to monitor and protect SGL interests

Key Accountabilitie
s:• Manage NA EHSA Incident Management process respectively employee safety, process safety and environmental safe
ty• Support site management for development of EHSA operating plans and budget
s.• Monitor regulatory trends and work with sites to establish compliance programs.• Analyze key metrics to identify risks and establish Corporate EHSA programs to maintain acceptable risk level
s.• Manage and maintain regular check and control measures (audits) to ensure compliance conformity and top safety performan
ce• Evaluate EHSA systems and technologies and make recommendation
s.• Coach and mentor site EHSA staff and participate in performance metrics and evaluation assessment
s.• Facilitate NA EHSA meetings and communications to share corporate programs, common problems, and best practice
s.• Support Global EHSA activities and participate in project teams to ensure EHSA issues are effectively addressed for new
