Job Title: Digital & Paid Media Specialist - France
Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and agile Digital & Paid Media Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our France marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Senior Digital & Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving our digital presence, managing website updates, monitoring web analytics, supporting SEO roadmap execution, and assisting in the end-to-end delivery of paid media campaigns in close collaboration with our media agency, Dentsu.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Web Operations
- Website Management: Oversee day-to-day updates and maintenance of the XPENG France website (landing pages, model updates, promotional banners, content publishing).
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor website traffic, user journeys, and conversion performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Reporting & Dashboards: Collaborate closely with Dentsu to build, update, and refine automated performance dashboards to track KPIs.
- SEO Management: Follow up on the implementation of the SEO strategy, ensuring content optimization, meta-data updates, and technical SEO alignment.
Paid Media & Campaign Support
- Campaign Preparation: Support the Content & Paid Media Manager in preparing, setting up, and launching paid media campaigns (Social, Search, Display, Video, Sponsored Content).
- Agency Coordination: Work day-to-day with Dentsu to ensure campaign tracking, ad ops delivery, and tag management.
- Paid Content Follow-Up: Monitor the performance and execution of paid brand content initiatives (e.g., tech/auto media partnerships) under management supervision.
Operational & Budget Administration
- Financial Follow-Up: Manage administrative workflows related to paid media and digital activities, including purchase order (PO) creation, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Experience & Hard Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or paid media (agency or client-side experience).
- Proficient with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website content management systems (CMS).
- Solid understanding of digital media levers (Paid Social, SEA, Display) and SEO fundamentals.
- Comfortable creating and managing performance dashboards.
- Prior experience working with media agencies
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Highly comfortable with numbers, data manipulation, and extracting actionable insights.
- Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: Rigorous in tag verification, link checking, invoice tracking, and campaign setup.
