Your Mission
As an HR Analyst, you will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on HR administration and Talent Acquisition activities.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will assist in internal governance processes and help ensure compliance with Argentine labor legislation, company policies and global standards.
As part of a global organization, this role provides the opportunity to learn and contribute to “best in class” HR practices while supporting employees in Argentina and collaborating with global stakeholders.
This position reports to the HR Manager and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Your responsibilities
HR & Compliance Support
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of HR-related documents and labor agreements, including employee personal files, policies and employment contracts.
- Support the administration and implementation of employee benefits policies under guidance from the HR team.
- Support compliance by ensuring HR processes such as hiring, terminations and disciplinary actions are documented according to legal requirements and BYD standards, escalating questions when needed.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring records are accurate, complete and properly filed.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in recruitment processes by supporting candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Support a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Available for a fully on-site position (mandatory)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Chinese (written and verbal) is a plus
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Initial experience or academic exposure to Employee Relations activities, such as HR policies support, talent acquisition processes and contractual documentation.
- General knowledge of Argentine Employment Legislation, with the ability to identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Organized, eager to learn and able to work effectively in a team environment.
