Job Description
As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to our corporate finance leadership team, including the VP of Controllership, VP of Treasurer, VP and Assistant Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer, and VP of Risk. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the corporate finance function.
You will report directly to our VP of Controllership and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by enabling seamless coordination and communication among senior finance executives, supporting critical financial operations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the corporate finance team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for multiple senior finance executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to support the corporate finance team.
- Serve as a liaison between the finance leadership and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate corporate finance events, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to enhance the productivity of the finance leadership team.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 + years of proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate finance or related environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Experience with calendar management tools and virtual meeting platforms to coordinate meetings and communications.
