Overview:
VinFast is looking for an HR Services Specialist to deliver efficient and compliant HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate HR administration, supporting employees and contractors, and maintaining high standards of HR service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract renewal, transfers, appointments, offboarding, and other HR administrative procedures.
- Process and update attendance, allowances, and employee benefits in accordance with approved policies.
- Manage contractor workforce administration and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of C&B experience with strong expertise in HR Operations, HR Services.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and Personal Income Tax.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP/HRIS experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working with government agencies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
