岗位职责 /Responsibilities
跟踪欧盟及当地 ESG 法规与政策（如 CSRD、ESRS、EU Taxonomy 等），推动基地 ESG 合规实施。
Monitor EU and local ESG regulations and frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy) and support ESG compliance implementation.
组织 ESG 数据收集、核算及分析，支持 ESG 披露、国别报告及客户 ESG 问卷填报。
Organize ESG data collection, calculation, and analysis, supporting ESG disclosures, country-level reporting, and customer ESG questionnaires.
对接政府、客户及认证机构等利益相关方，响应 ESG 审计、评估及合规需求。
Liaise with authorities, customers, certification bodies, and other stakeholders regarding ESG audits, assessments, and compliance requirements.
组织 ESG 培训、文化建设及员工参与活动，提升 ESG 管理水平。
Organize ESG training, awareness programs, and employee engagement activities to enhance ESG performance.
支持 ESG 外部交流、评级、奖项申报及 ESG 品牌传播相关工作。
Support ESG external communication, ratings, award applications, and ESG-related branding activities.
任职要求 Qualifications
专业不限，环境、人力、法务、工程、管理或相关专业优先。
No major restrictions; preferably in environmental science, Huamn Resource, legislation, engineering, management, or related fields.
具备 ESG、EHS 或可持续发展相关经验者优先。
Experience in ESG, EHS, or sustainability-related roles is preferred.
熟悉或愿意学习欧盟 ESG 法规及披露要求。
Familiarity with or willingness to learn EU ESG regulations and disclosure requirements.
具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Office 办公软件。
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
英语沟通能力良好，掌握当地语言者优先。
Good command of English; local language skills are a plus.
具备良好的项目管理、沟通协调及跨部门推动能力。
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
