On-site test support to JVs, where necessary Qualification Education of personnel qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial, automotive, computer science, software engineering, project management.
Working Experience Of Personnel Qualifications
Junior Engineer: 3+ years of vehicle test experience.
Senior Engineer: 5+ years of vehicle test experience.
Expert: 8+ years of vehicle test experience.
Preferred Qualifications
For senior & expert engineer, 1+ years of hands-on experience in AUDI/VW integration, Infotainment, connectivity, and Master/Lab vehicle work. Proficient in ODIS/IDEX/CP TOOL/GOB/OTA/CANoe/Itara/backend registration/MNO RNR processes, and test automation are preferred. Personal skills of personnel qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, German is a plus Junior & Senior: just read and write Expert: Fluent in oral and written. Team working, coordination and assertion skills
Detail orientation
Abstraction skills C1 Drive License is must, VW Group drive license is a plus.
