- Responsible for vehicle Integral safety-related testing, including EDR, L2/L3/L4 data recording systems, door handles, active safety systems, etc. 负责整车集成安全相关测试，EDR，L2/L3/L4数据记录系统，门把手，主动安全等
- Participate in formulating vehicle test plans, selecting test tools, and implementing tests based on experimental objectives. 按照实验目的参与制定整车测试方案，测试工具以及测试实施
- Develop test plans according to stakeholder requirements, coordinate resources, and ensure timely execution. 按照相关方的要求制定实验计划，沟通协调资源，确保实验按照计划进行
- Communicate and report on test plans, results, and issues, driving continuous improvement. 针对实验计划，实验结果，实验问题进行沟通汇报并持续改进
- Diagnose and analyze issues identified during testing, providing recommendations for root cause identification and resolution. 针对实验中发现的问题，能够进行诊断分析，对于问题定位及解决提出建议 Qualifications: 任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关工程类专业背景
- Proficient in electronic/electrical principles, vehicle E/E architecture, and software testing fundamentals; solid hardware-software integration testing skills. 熟悉电子电器原理、整车电子架构，掌握软件测试基础理论与方法，具备扎实的软硬件结合测试能力
- Skilled in mainstream diagnostic tools (e.g., CANoe, CANape) with independent signal analysis and troubleshooting capabilities. 熟练使用主流信号诊断工具（如CANoe、CANape等），具备独立进行信号分析与故障排查的能力
- Preferred: Experience in electronic/electrical product or ADAS testing; automotive OEM/component supplier background is a plus. 具备电子电器产品或驾驶辅助系统（ADAS）测试经验者优先，有整车厂或零部件供应商相关工作经历者更佳
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题分析与解决能力，工作严谨细致，有较强的责任心与团队协作精神
