What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven Fulfillment Planner to support international and domestic distribution of energy service parts in APAC. You will work cross-functionally with global supply chain, warehousing, material planning, channel planning, service, finance, and production control to grow and manage Tesla's energy service fulfillment.
What You'll Do
Oversee order fulfillment of high volume distribution locations, monitor booking and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/exportWork with supply chain leadership, logistics and business intelligence managers to establish strategic objectives and logistics road map for service, MRB and e-commerceKeep track of aging service orders and follow up with logistic carriers on aging/delayed shipments.Driving order fulfillment to meet aggressive quarterly and yearly goals.Develop global distribution strategy to support complex and high volume service supply chainCollaborate with industrial engineers, business intelligence team and system development team regularly to initiate improvements to our internal systems.Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
What You'll Bring
Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional abilityStrong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau a plus.Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
