About the Role
We are looking for a Vehicle Test Engineer to join our Vehicle Quality team. You will be responsible for validating electrical, electronic, and vehicle functions on test benches and real vehicles to ensure product quality, safety, and performance throughout the vehicle development process.
Depending on your background, you may work with one or more vehicle domains such as Charging (HV/LV), ADAS, Body Electronics, Connectivity, Infotainment, Chassis, Powertrain, or Diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, and vehicle-level validation on test benches, HIL/LabCar systems, and real vehicles.
- Perform testing for electrical/electronic systems and vehicle functions across different domains.
- Develop and execute test cases based on system requirements and technical specifications.
- Analyze test results, vehicle logs, and communication data to identify defects and support root cause analysis.
- Validate ECU interactions and vehicle communication networks (CAN/LIN/Ethernet/UDS, etc.).
- Collaborate with hardware, software, validation, and system engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare test reports and ensure full traceability of test activities and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive testing, including one or more of the following:
- Vehicle-level testing
- System or subsystem validation
- ECU integration and validation
- Embedded software testing
- HIL/LabCar or bench testing
- Experience in at least one automotive domain such as Charging, ADAS, Body Electronics, Connectivity, Infotainment, Powertrain, Chassis, or Diagnostics.
- Familiar with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, or DoIP.
- Experience using automotive test and diagnostic tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, LabCar, or equivalent.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
