Job Summary
The Regional Aftersales Manager is responsible for managing and improving aftersales operations within the assigned region. This role focuses on dealer aftersales performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, operational compliance, and business growth to ensure excellent aftersales service delivery in line with BYD Indonesia’s standards.
Job Description
- Manage and monitor aftersales operations across assigned dealers or service networks within the region.
- Drive service performance, customer satisfaction, service revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure dealers comply with BYD Indonesia’s aftersales standards, policies, and service processes.
- Analyze aftersales performance data, identify issues, and propose improvement actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Aftersales, Spare Parts, Technical Support, Training, Sales, and Network.
- Support dealer development, service capability improvement, and operational problem-solving.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews, and follow-up on action plans.
- Prepare regional aftersales reports, business updates, and performance analysis for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business, Management, or related fields.
- At least have 5 years of experience in aftersales, service operations, dealer management, or regional operations.
- Experience in automotive, EV, or dealership/service network industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of aftersales operations, service process, warranty, spare parts, and customer handling.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel regularly for dealer visits and regional business monitoring.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
About The Team
The Aftersales team plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and long-term customer trust in BYD Indonesia. The team works closely with dealers, service centers, technical teams, spare parts, training, and other business functions to strengthen aftersales operations and support BYD’s growth in Indonesia’s market.
