Responsible for leading and developing the national commercial strategy for the bus business in Mexico, ensuring sustainable sales growth, market expansion, and the development of key business relationships.
This role involves both strategic and operational functions, with comprehensive responsibility for the commercial area. Therefore, a highly adaptable individual with initiative, a service-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently is required.
Main responsibilities:
• Design and implement the commercial strategy.
• Develop new business and commercial opportunities.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and strategic clients.
• Analyze the market, competition, pricing, and commercial performance.
• Monitor sales and profitability indicators.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports.
• Coordinate high-level commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with operational, after-sales, and logistics areas.
• Attend to both strategic and operational day-to-day activities.
• Travel nationally for client service and follow-up
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA or business specialization (desirable)
• 8+ years of experience in sales positions
• Solid experience in the truck or bus industry
• Experience managing national accounts and distributors
• Development of sales strategies and business growth
• Experience combining strategic and operational functions
• Experience in multinational (desirable) and/or government companies
• Knowledge of the transportation market
• Advanced English
