ZEEKR Australia is entering a high-growth phase and we are seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to help shape and scale our local portfolio.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for planning, developing and delivering ZEEKR retail and service facilities in line with global brand standards, local market requirements and commercial objectives.
You will work closely with dealer partners, internal stakeholders and global HQ to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand and to the highest quality — from initial site assessment through to opening and handover.
This position requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of automotive retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ZEEKR Dealer facility upgrades across Australia
- Manage new site developments, renovations, upgrades and relocations in line with ZEEKR global brand standards
- Act as the primary interface between dealer partners, architects, suppliers, contractors and ZEEKR HQ
- Review and approve concept designs, layouts, materials and finishes to ensure brand compliance
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, risk management and quality control
- Support dealer partners through planning approvals, DA processes and construction phases
- Ensure facilities meet operational, customer experience and aftersales requirements
- Coordinate internal approvals across Network Development, Brand, Aftersales, Sales and HQ
- Conduct site inspections and manage practical completion, handover and defect resolution
- Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and mitigation actions
About You
- 3 years+ experience in dealer facilities management, construction or project management within automotive, retail or premium brand environments
- Strong understanding of dealership or retail facility development, including planning approvals and construction processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for design, quality and brand execution
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence dealer partners, builders, consultants and internal teams,
- Commercially minded with strong budget and timeline management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global / premium OEM environment
