Key Responsibilities
Dealer Onboarding Operations Management
- Responsible for driving the new dealer approval process through internal review workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams to manage and assess dealer performance during the simulation operations phase. This includes setting evaluation criteria, monitoring operational readiness, and conducting final assessments to ensure that all newly onboarded dealers meet the required baseline operational capabilities and are fully prepared for official market launch.
User In-Store Journey Management
- Continuously optimize and refine the existing user in-store journey to elevate the overall customer experience. This is achieved by systematically enhancing the BOC (Brand Operation Checklist) audit framework, aligning scoring mechanisms across multiple departments, and ensuring consistent evaluation standards. The ultimate goal is to guarantee that every customer touchpoint within the store reflects the premium brand identity and delivers a high-end, brand-consistent experience that meets the expectations of a luxury automotive brand.
Dealer Meeting Organization
- Lead the planning and execution of quarterly DP (Dealer Principal) meetings and the annual dealer conference. This encompasses end-to-end event management, including agenda development, strategic topic formulation, coordination of executive-level presentations, and curation of best-practice case studies shared by top-performing dealers. These meetings serve as key platforms for strategic alignment, performance review, and fostering a collaborative dealer network.
Dealer Personnel Management
- Oversee the qualification review and interview management processes for critical dealer personnel, including but not limited to Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers. This involves establishing clear job qualification standards, conducting or supervising structured interviews, and ensuring that all key hires possess the necessary expertise, leadership capabilities, and brand alignment to effectively drive dealer performance and represent the brand professionally.
Store Display Materials Management
- Take full ownership of dealer store materials throughout their lifecycle, including strategic planning, timely distribution, inventory monitoring, and compliance oversight to ensure proper usage. Responsibilities also extend to managing in-store boutique merchandise displays to maintain visual merchandising standards, as well as overseeing the procurement, sizing, and distribution of store employee uniforms, ensuring that all physical brand touchpoints remain consistent and visually appealing.
Store Charging Pile Installation and Management
- Manage the end-to-end process for ZEEKR-supported charging pile installations at dealer store locations. This includes collecting and consolidating installation requirements from dealers, coordinating installation scheduling with relevant technical teams, facilitating on-site construction coordination with vendors and property managers, and conducting final acceptance inspections to ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and operational standards before handover.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive industry or retail management is a must.
- Prior experience in planning and executing conferences is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align information across internal departments and effectively engage with dealer management teams at different levels.
