Your Tasks:
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, and closure—ensuring all goals are delivered on time and within scope.
- Resource & Vendor Coordination: Manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure resource availability and seamless project execution.
- Process Standardization: Establish and refine project management standards and systems to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress using detailed plans and data-driven tools, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks and use verification techniques to manage changes in project costs, schedule, and scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between related departments and clients to ensure alignment and data reliability.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge and practical experience in project management software and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional organizational, risk management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language.
