Role

nment.
Responsib
ilities:
1. Administration M
anagementCoordinate the General Manager's schedule, including meetings, business trips, and receptions, ensuring proper scheduling, reminders, and pre
paration.
Organize, record, and draft meeting minutes related to the General Manager, and track the implementation of re
solutions.
Deal with General Manager's daily correspondence and emails, performing initial classification, screening, an
d replying.
Manage the General Manager's office documents and files, ensuring information is organized and c
onfidential.
2. Communication and
CoordinationAct as a key contact person, efficiently and accurately conveying the General Manager's instructions and decisions, and tracking their im
plementation.
Coordinate communication and cooperation between departments within the company, promoting the smooth progress of cross-departmental proj
ects or tasks.
Assist the General Manager in handling external public relations, maintaining good relationships with important clients, partners, g
overnment, etc.
3. Document and R
eporting SupportDraft, organize, and polish various reports, speeches, letters, and PowerPoint presentations required by the
General Manager.
Collect, organize, and analyze information to provide preliminary data support for the General Manager's
decision-making.
Responsible for the review, circulation, and safekeeping of important compan
y-level documents.
4. Meetin
g and Event SupportOrganize and prepare meetings for senior manageme
nt, board meetings.
Assist in planning and executing business activities, celebrations, and important receptions attended by
the General Manager.
5. Speci
al Project Follow-up:In coordination with finance, investment and other departments t
o apply EU subs
- idies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference majoring in secretarial , public administration, business administration, - languages background ;Experience with new energy vehicle or energy storage related in
- dustrie s is preferred;Experience with good communication skills,

- requent business trips;Overseas work experience or vehicle parts or energy storage sales e
xperience is preferred;Fluent in Chinese
English and Hungarian .
