JD:
1.Overall insight into the laws and regulations of overseas specific regions, systematic legal risk identification, analysis, assessment and response, provide legal advice for the company's decision-making and business development, establish and improve the overseas legal risk identification and control system at the Group level.
2.Establish Group compliance management system, formulate the compliance management outline and set up the organization and operation mechanism, promote compliance organizations to carry out policies regulation and closed-loop management. Guide and promote the related executive department to execution and implementation of the compliance management plan, professionally carry out compliance operations.
3.Output compliance risk map of core areas, identify key compliance risks and business scenario maps, formulate compliance management programme (compliance objectives and measures), promote business departments to sort out compliance risks along business processes in accordance with the requirements of internalization of external regulations, assist in integrating compliance management into business, achieve closed-loop management.
4.4.Establish compliance risk reporting mechanism, by maintaining good communication with global regulators, overseas law firms, compliance consulting institutions and industry associations, timely obtian the latest developments of compliance supervision, and investigate whether there are major risks based on the actual business situation of the company, timely report to the HQ.
5.Establish an internal compliance management inspection mechanism, evaluate the effectiveness of compliance implementation of the executive department, discover problem timely,improve and close the problem; effectively manage and control major compliance risks and solve compliance problems; establish a cross-departmental compliance risk management organization for key risks, and cultivate and develop compliance management capabilities.
6.Organize compliance promotion, empowerment and training, improve the organization's compliance professional ability and the compliance awareness of all staff, and promote the construction of compliance culture.
7.Establish a compliance incident response plan, issue procedures and policy documents for incident reporting and response, organize business departments to carry out incident response drills, and overall coordinate the handling of compliance incidents.
8.Other work related to compliance management and legal affairs assigned by the Company.
Requirement:
1.More than 6 years working experience in the same or similar position, independent execution ability of complex projects and deep practical experience, At least 3 years experience in compliance team management, relevant experience in large-scale manufacturing industries such as automobile enterprises and four major consulting institutions is preferred.
2.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Ability to communicate effectively with the business team, Promoting cross-department collaboration, Excellent independent analytical and problem solving skills.
3.Have the spirit of work innovation and initiative, strong ability to resist pressure, willing to meet challenges.
4.Bachelor degree or above, English as working language, basic understanding of Chinese will be a plus.
5.Familiar with European regional compliance related laws and regulations and compliance management practices.
