Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Indirect Services procurement categories for both Geely and Zeekr, including Marketing, IT, Logistics, Aftersales and other business services.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and tender processes (RFP/RFQ/RFI), from requirement scoping through to supplier selection and contract negotiation.
- Build and manage relationships with a diverse supplier base (e.g. agencies, vendors, service providers), ensuring performance, value, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, providing commercial advice and delivering effective procurement solutions.
- Drive cost optimisation and value creation across indirect spend categories.
- Establish and improve procurement processes, governance, and compliance standards.
- Support cross-functional projects and business initiatives from a procurement and commercial perspective.
- Oversee vehicle operations including registration, insurance, servicing, maintenance, incident management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure optimal usage and cost efficiency.
- Manage vehicle asset lifecycle and reporting, including tracking, auditing, transfers, and final disposal or sale, ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and asset management requirements.
- Operate as a hands-on, standalone role, combining strategic thinking with direct execution.
- Undertake duties or contribute to projects that are related to the Company's business operations, including but not limited to providing leadership or support as reasonably required and consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
Preferred competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, ideally across indirect services (e.g. marketing, IT, agencies, logistics, or business services).
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end sourcing and tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of delivering cost optimisation and value creation outcomes.
- Experience operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and direct execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and support senior leadership.
- Strong capability in managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines within a dynamic business environment.
- Solid understanding of procurement governance, contracts, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
