About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead our fleet business development in Argentina. This role will be key in expanding BYD’s presence in the B2B automotive market and driving the transition toward sustainable mobility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fleet sales operations, from business development to customer management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, corporate clients and key accounts.
- Coordinate with delivery, after-sales, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the fleet sector.
- Responsible for organizing documentation and ensuring accurate submission of government bids.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fleet or automotive B2B sales — experience in the Argentine market preferred.
- Proven success in managing corporate accounts and achieving fleet sales goals.
- Solid knowledge of fleet leasing, procurement, and client relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- English level proficient mandatory.
- Experience with electric vehicles or sustainable mobility solutions is a strong plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in government bids is a plus
