The Dealer Network Coordinator will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and optimizing Dealer Network operations within an assigned territory. This role will act as the main link between BYD Argentina and its dealers, ensuring proper implementation of brand standards, commercial guidelines, customer experience processes and operational practices to improve dealer performance, market coverage and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor dealer performance and support the implementation of action plans to improve results.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with BYD brand standards, facility guidelines, and operational processes.
- Support dealer network development, including new openings, relocations, facility upgrades, and coverage opportunities.
- Follow up on sales performance, market share, customer satisfaction, NPS, mystery shopper, stock availability, and lead management indicators.
- Act as the main communication bridge between dealers and internal areas such as Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Customer Experience, Training, and Network Development.
- Identify operational gaps and support dealers in improving sales processes, customer journey, delivery experience, and showroom execution.
- Provide market feedback regarding competitors, local opportunities, dealer concerns, and territory potential.
- Prepare reports on dealer visits, performance status, action plans, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in dealer network coordination, sales operations, commercial planning, customer experience, aftersales, or channel management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, evaluate dealer performance, prepare reports, and support action plan follow-up.
- Ability to support dealer network development projects, following up on new dealership openings, construction works, facility upgrades, relocations, and brand standard implementation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work closely with dealers and cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of brand standards, operational processes, and commercial priorities.
- Availability to travel when required.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency preferred.
