Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Hiring (高端招聘)
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business strategy and translate it into a proactive executive search plan.
- Conduct high-touch, confidential searches for senior-level positions (e.g., VPs, Directors, C-suite advisors) using both direct sourcing and leveraging industry networks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership candidates, ensuring a premium candidate experience that reflects the company’s values.
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and influence in offer negotiations.
Overseas & Global Recruitment (海外招聘)
- Lead recruitment strategies for overseas markets, focusing on [Specific Regions, e.g., APAC, Europe, North America].
- Navigate international hiring complexities, including cross-border compliance, work visa/relocation support, and regional compensation structures.
- Develop region-specific sourcing strategies to attract local talent, while also identifying opportunities for global mobility (relocation).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates across different time zones, utilizing global job boards and platforms.
- Talent Strategy & Process Improvement
- Establish best practices for executive assessment, including competency-based interviewing and assessment centers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the global recruitment function.
- Champion the employer brand across international markets through targeted outreach and networking events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on executive/leadership search and 2 years managing overseas or global recruitment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing senior-level candidates (e.g., Director to C-suite) and building teams in international markets.
- Sourcing Mastery: Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and executive mapping. Familiarity with international job boards (e.g., Examples: Indeed Global, Xing for DACH, Seek for ANZ) is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business models and have strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: High level of discretion, resilience, and the ability to influence without authority.
